Angela grew up in a small rural town of Roseburg, Oregon where her father was a logger.  The youngest of four children, she always figured out a way to capture the spotlight and entertain her family members and friends.  Whether producing home movies (“Roseburg, OR 97470” after Beverly Hills 90210), putting together impromptu talent shows, or performing in a local theater production of the musical, Annie, it is clear that Angela was born to entertain.

After a fulfilling childhood in Roseburg, Angela knew she needed a city big enough to quench her thirst for adventure and one that held more opportunities for acting.  She moved to Seattle, Washington where she attended Seattle Pacific University and graduated early at 20 years old.  Her degree in Communication with an emphasis in Political Science, complimented her love of service and public speaking.  These passions soon lead her to the Miss America Pageant and helped her to win the title of Miss Oregon.  For the next year, Angela worked tirelessly as an advocate for people with learning disabilities, logging 30,000 miles on her car that year as she spoke to thousands of people across the state.

Her year as “The Official Hostess of the State of Oregon” wet her appetite for public speaking, advocacy and being on stage.  Upon returning to Seattle, Angela ran for the Washington State Legislature against a 30 year veteran!  Though she did not win the legislative race, her career in public policy was moving full speed ahead.  Angela flew through the next six years with successive promotions in her career as a successful lobbyist, policy analyst and economic development professional, yet there was a constant tugging at her heart to pursue her true passion of acting.

In 2008, Angela gave into her true passion and decided to make a bold change in her otherwise comfortable life.  She left a great career, sold her house and has now reestablished herself in Los Angeles, California!

To use a political term, Angela is “cautiously optimistic” that her dream of making a living as a working actor and host will soon be realized. With the fire in her belly, a voracious work-ethic and tremendous talent, Angela is ready to take Hollywood by storm.
